ApexCore Technology Services INC ("ApexCore", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at apexcoretechnology.com and to the consulting services we provide to enterprise clients.

01Overview

We collect personal information when you visit our website, complete a contact form, apply for a role, or engage us as a client. We use that information to respond to your enquiry, deliver services, comply with legal obligations, and improve what we do.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We work with a small number of carefully chosen processors (such as our email and analytics providers) to operate the business.

04Sharing & Disclosure

We share personal information with a limited set of recipients:

  • Service providers / processors who help us run the business — for example, our email host, cloud infrastructure provider, analytics provider, and recruitment platform. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and may only use your data to deliver the service they provide to us.
  • Professional advisers such as auditors, lawyers, and insurers, on a need-to-know basis.
  • Authorities and regulators where we are required by law to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Successor entities in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business — in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or material change in how your data is handled.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

05Cookies & Tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. For details on what each cookie does and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect parts of the site (for example, your theme preference will not persist between visits).

06Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, plus any legally required retention period.

  • Enquiry submissions: 24 months from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Unsuccessful job applications: 12 months in our recruitment system, then deleted (you may ask us to keep your CV on file longer).
  • Client engagement records: 7 years after the engagement ends, for legal, tax, and audit purposes.
  • Server & security logs: 90 days, then rotated.

07Security

We protect personal information using a layered set of administrative, technical, and physical controls. We are ISO 27001 certified and complete annual SOC 2 Type II audits. Our practices include encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, regular vulnerability scanning, employee security training, and a written incident response plan.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: receive a machine-readable copy of information you provided to us.
  • Objection: object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent: where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@apexcoretechnology.com. We will respond within 30 days.

09International Transfers

ApexCore operates globally, with offices in Hyderabad (India), San Francisco (USA), and London (UK). Your personal information may be processed in any country where we or our service providers operate. Where we transfer personal information out of the country it was collected from, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or a notice on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
